Cathedral Stone Products Mortar Mixing Team Breaks 12-Year-Old Production Record
In a remarkable achievement, our mortar mixing team has shattered their long-standing weekly mortar production record--surpassing the previous high set in 2012.
During the week of October 21, 2024, the mortar mixing team surpassed the 2012 record--marking a new milestone in the company’s history. At the heart of the record-breaking production run was a large, single order of pointing mortar. The customer was under a tight deadline, which drove our Mortar Production Team (Aboudou Toure Tanko and Robert Hall) to meet the challenge.
This impressive feat highlights not only Aboudou’s and Robert’s dedication and skill but also the continued investment in efficient processes and teamwork. Over the years, we have worked tirelessly to improve our production methods, streamline workflows, and integrate cutting-edge technology to drive productivity. This increase in output is a direct result of these investments.
The previous record was once thought to be unbreakable. However, the team’s resilience, combined with an updated conveying system, led to this new record. This success is a testament to our strong culture at Cathedral Stone, where teamwork, innovation, and perseverance are at the core of our operations.
As we celebrate this achievement, we look forward to setting even higher standards for production in the future. This milestone not only sets a new benchmark for the Mortar Production Team but also demonstrates Cathedral Stone’s ongoing commitment to excellence in its repair mortar products, masonry maintenance products, and customer service.
