Position: Marketing Coordinator

Cathedral Stone Products, a leading manufacturer and provider of restoration and preservation products for historic masonry, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator will be to create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels including, but not limited to, website, social media, blog, email newsletters, and print materials. This will involve writing clear, concise, and persuasive copy that effectively communicates the benefits of our products and services to our target audience.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing and maintaining Cathedral Stone Products' presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram. This includes developing and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth within the historic preservation industry. Compile findings into actionable recommendations for the marketing team.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, including organizing digital libraries, updating databases, and coordinating meetings and events as needed.
Video production and/or postproduction experience a plus.
Still photography experience another plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field OR substantial real-world experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar. This is a must.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Must love working on Apple computers because that is what you will be working on in this position.
Software experience: Apple Pages, Numbers, Keynote. Adobe Creative Suite for stills and graphics. Final Cut Pro for video. Affinity Photo, Designer, and Publisher a plus.
Experience with analytics tools, e.g., Ahrefs and Semrush, a plus.
Passion for historic preservation and/or architecture is preferred but not required.
